the housekeeping staff kept our room very clean and tidy.
i found the pool area disappointing. sunbeds were hard to find, a real issue. the pool was overcrowded, and some guests were drinking beer inside it, which i didn't like.

The staff, including Omkar and Joy at the poolside, were VERY generous. They provided excellent guidance about membership options. My kid REALLY enjoyed the waterpark and poolside. The surprise birthday cake made our celebration a success.
The room lacked double sinks, unlike other places I have stayed.

I found many sun beds and good shade at all the pools and beach zones. my granddaughter really liked the waterpark. It was great. the food was excellent, especially in the individual restaurants, and pool bars are amazing. we received plenty of bottled water in our good size, clean room. i found the all inclusive stay was definitely worth it.

The team provided super accommodation. i have been visiting this location for years. It remains a favorite spot. kartik, rupesh, and suraj are excellent individuals. rooms are spacious. food is tasty and multiple restaurants are available.
the painting in the kids swimming pool resulted in paint on the children's hands, accompanied by a strong, unpleasant odor.

vinoth anthony from the concierge was very cute. he. the rooms were very clean. i spent a lot of time at the pool and lost track of time because it was so good
the room we booked was not available upon arrival. the crib we requested was also not reserved. we received an "upgrade" that wasn't really an upgrade as it only had one bed. this room faced the night club, so it was difficult to sleep before 2:30 am due to the NOISE!

Pool chairs vanished before sunrise. Guests claimed them without use. This made enjoying the area tricky.
